Instructions for uploaders / editors
  1. Get raw footage from Deryck. Log in to YouTube as Wikimedia Hong Kong.
  2. Upload all raw footage for the same session to YouTube. While uploading:
    1. Make sure destination filename is indicative of which session it was (eg. TU201 9AUG 1130-1300 00001. The last set of numbers is retained from the original filename)
    2. While uploading, make a note on this wikipage that you're uploading videos of a particular session
  3. Make a note on this wikipage that you've finished uploading a session
  4. Edit video using http://www.youtube.com/editor
    1. Splice videos together, then cut at the switch-over between different presentations within a session
    2. Name video according to Schedule. Suggested format: Wikipedia and Internet Regulation in Mainland China - Shi Yuhang
    3. On video description, put link to Submission page eg. https://wikimania2013.wikimedia.org/wiki/Submissions/Ten_years_of_Wikipedia_outreach_in_Hong_Kong
  5. Check notes below that the presenter hasn't requested "no video"
  6. Publish edited video(s) (make public)
  7. Add {{youtube}} to submission page with YouTube link
  8. Make a note on this wikipage that you've finished editing a session
