For me, it will be inconvenient if the meeting is held in the lunch hour of Friday - I will have to attend the remedial lessons in the morning, and I can only be able to go to the venue at 3:00 or later, making me unable to attend the meeting. It doesn't have to be just one meeting: if there will be people who can't attend one meeting, we can still have another meeting. Most likely this will be on Saturday or Sunday, if people are up to it, but I'm not recommending lunch on Saturday due to the WikiWomen luncheon. We should also consider that there will be many Asian attendees this year, so organizing something shouldn't be too difficult. :) --Sky Harbor (talk) 12:19, 6 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

For me, both Friday or Saturday night is okay. But I will suggest to notify everyone who are intended to join the meeting, so they can state that whether they are available or not.
