Withdrawal

I would like to thank the Programme Committee for accepting my presentation. Regretfully, since submitting the proposal a number of issues have arisen relating to my health, academic work, and other personal matters which I did not foresee. The consequence of these issues is that it will be difficult for me to the necessary background research and other work required beforehand to deliver a quality presentation at Wikimania 2013. Given the high demand for Wikimania presentation slots, I think it would be unfair for me to occupy one with a questionable presentation.

Given the present situation and following much thought, I have decided to withdraw my proposal. I may re-submit it for Wikimania 2014 in London next year. In any case, I still plan to attend Wikimania 2013, and I look forward to doing so. CT Cooper · talk 21:40, 20 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
