- Abstract
The basic and brilliant maxim (DREAM1):″OF ONE MIND IN PURSUIT OF OUR DREAM ALL DISCORD SET ASIDE", represents the main driving force for any Future Path of Wikimedia Movement (FPWM). In order to respect this splendid thought and to move in the positive direction of (FPWM), the necessary and indispensable precondition {designated by [IPC(P1-P2)]} is to respect the two principles P1 and P2. The principle P1 represents: truth, honesty (in particular intellectual honesty), sincerity and virtue. The principle P2 represents: altruism, selflessness, and unselfish concern for welfare of others, the belief and the doctrine that the general welfare of society is the proper goal of an individual's actions, the respect and the love of humans. If the precondition [IPC(P1-P2)] is not respected, then it is impossible to satisfy and to reach the maxim (DREAM). Based on Sociophysics analysis2-6, two Principles P1 and P2, ten Laws L1, L2,..., L10, six Axioms A1, A2,...,A6 and two Rules R1 and R2 are obtained and presented briefly in Tables 1, 2 and 3. Following this analysis (and in particular the Laws L3, L4 and the Rule R1, (presented in Tables 2 and 3), the necessary and mandatory precondition for any positive and successful direction of Wikimedia movement path (towards its goals) is that this path includes the respect of the two principles P1 and P2 in its ″SET OF CORE VALUES7″. (Wiki P1-P2 Project) contains two volumes. Volume 1 is devoted to the subset of all members of the Wikimedia Movement (Wikimedians), and Volume 2 to the entire set of all humans worldwide. Each volume is composed of two sections. Sections 1.1 and 2.1 concern Cultural Outreach, and sections 1.2 and 2.2 Educational Outreach. In this proposal it is suggested that: (a) By respecting the Rule R2, to invite and to encourage all members of Wikimedia Movement (Wikimedians) to sign and to respect the Pledge of Personal Commitment (PPC); (b) - Edit a Wikibook P1-P2 containing particularly interesting and instructive cultural and educational works, articles and contributions in connection with the two principles P1 and P2; (c) - To organize a Program Committee composed of invited Wikimedians, interested in this preliminary (Wiki P1-P2 Project), in order to elaborate the program based on feed-back contributions and this preliminary (Wiki P1-P2 Project).

2. The WM's goal to establish and maintain the highest level of public confidence in its accountability. I have personaly committed to follow the standards set out below, which represents the WM's conflict of interest policies:
I will conduct my activities with the WM so that I do not advance or protect my own interests, or the private interests of others with whom I have a relationship, in a way that is detrimental to the interests of, or the fundamental mission of, the WM.
In every instance in which I represent the WM, I will conduct my activities in a manner to best promote the interests of the WM.
In all matters that come before the WM for a vote that may favorably impact my own financial interests, or the private interests of others with whom I have a financial relationship, or any organization of which I am a part, I will reveal that relationship and abstain from a vote in the matter.
