The local team is busy building the registration system and negotiating with suppliers at the moment, and don't need remote volunteers yet. That said, if you're a native speaker of languages other than Chinese and English, feel free to translate the Category:Local information pages; you may also be interested in participating in the m:Wikimania/Scholarships consultation.
