Dear Andrey, thank you for your effort of bringing the technical backlag of Wikiversity to Wikimania. Unfortunately, your submission has not been accepted. Could you please tell what were the reasons for the Programme committee not to accept your talk? Perhaps I have misread the submission page, but I could not find any reasons for that. I am a sysop on German Wikiversity and we are currently adding a Moodle system and some more technical goodies around all langage versions in order to bring Wikiversity to the 21st century.
