Feedback

I particularly liked

  • the proposal of using the "image request" in specific categories or group of categories to generate a list of images for a contest. It is a very quick and efficient way to prepare new contests.
  • the idea of associating a game to the contest.

I think it would be possible also for some (new) thematic contests to centralize some tasks (lists, legal support, communication, prizes), this would reduce the management work and it would allow participants to actually take photos and contribute to the theme, rather than work on the organization. I think it would be interesting to test this system with Wiki Loves Public Art. It would be also interesting if some of the groups who have already implemented Wiki Loves Monuments for several editions contribute to help preparing the contest in new countries (Charles Andrés told me about this). --Iopensa (talk) 04:26, 14 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
