Hi, thanks for submitting your proposal for Wikimania! Can you please explain briefly what the Peeragogy Handbook is? You mention that it's a peer learning tool, etc, but you don't really give a brief "soundbite," thus leaving me a bit vague about what exactly it is. Thanks.
