Offering help

Hey, I know how stressful organising conferences can be since I have worked on a ton of them. I liked this years Wikimania a lot but also spoke to the organisers about how much work it was and how they were overwhelmed. Therefore I want to offer to help out with ANY task you may need done. I am based in Europe but I believe I can still be of use.

Thank you very much for adding the videos of the presentation. I have two questions/remarks related to them:

On Youtube the license is not indicated, so what is the license of this videos?
Why this videos are on Youtube and not on Commons?

Does it make sense, that I copy now the Wikimania2013 Youtube videos to Commons?
