I'm Bluedeck, and I have a few questions here.

I'm a senior school student in Dalian. Am I expected to use English during the conference? Or the mandarin Chinese language is also welcomed? You know i speak no Guangdonghua.
I have been to the registration page and was informed it's still a draft. I hope to spend least and therefore wish to catch up the early ticket.
This is my second account here in wiki, and I have heard of something involve illegal editing to a more-than-one account holders. I never used the old account to vote but am still concerned on this issue.

Translation save error

Hello there! I keep getting an error while saving - it says "Saving failed. Please report this error." I'm trying to translate Wikimania pages into Polish, and when I click save in the last text-piece on the IRC page, it pops-out (as in: a pop-out appears).

What I'm trying to save is: Wiele z osób zaangażaownych w Wikimanię komunikuje się na [[w:IRC|IRCu]]. Czemu by do nas nie dołączyć? Możesz albo zalogować się przez swojego klienta IRC lub połaczyć poprzez stronę WWW: '''{{IRC|wikimania}}''' albo '''{{IRC|wikimania-2013}}'''. => no idea if this is somehow related to the issue, or not...
